Returns and reprints

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us with photos and your order number and we will repair, replace, reprint or refund as the Australian Consumer Law requires. Custom-printed goods that match the artwork you approved are not faulty merely because you changed your mind. Your consumer guarantee rights are not affected by this policy.
