Recommended: 300 DPI images, fonts embedded or outlined, PDF preferred. Every file is checked by our team before printing.
Setting up your artwork
- Use the artwork size shown for your product (it includes bleed).
- Extend backgrounds right to the edge so there are no white slivers after trimming.
- Keep text and logos inside the safe margin.
- Export a PDF with fonts embedded, images at 300 DPI.

Delivery & returns
We deliver Australia-wide. Production and delivery times are estimates; we confirm them once your artwork has been checked and your order is in production, and email tracking when it ships.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will reprint or refund it in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Returns & reprints policy.
